Happy Mother’s Day!

My post is pretty late today; chalk it up to an eventful weekend. Anyways, I hope everyone celebrating Mother’s Day, no matter how you celebrated the holiday, had an excellent time.

My own celebration, and I feel I kind of let mom down, didn’t actually happen. When I arrived at my parents house, hoping to surprise her with a basket of flowers, both of my parents were gone.

Instead of a friendly Mother’s Day Conversation, I was left scratching a “sorry I missed you” note to mom. I Then made the thirty minute drive back home…I really hope she appreciates the flowers.

Well, in any event, if you’re reading this, and you’re a mother, or, better yet, a grandmother, I hope your special day was extraordinary!
