With the weekend approaching, I’m in good spirits…but, I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit sore. You shouldn’t worry about it too much; it’s a good feeling. I think you know what I mean; that subtle ache assures me that I’ve put forth max effort.
I absolutely love the ‘end of the week’ battle, although you might hear me complain. I think the complaints are my way of bragging: “Look! See how hard I worked?” Some might be slightly annoyed by that.
Anyways, back to my day. It’s half over, and I’m looking forward to a little time outdoors. When I say outdoors, in case you’re wondering, I mean out in the woods-trekking along some rough trail. It’s a great way to clear the mind and release some excess energy.
I know, I started this blog off, and yes, I totally meant it, by saying that I’m a bit sore. But I think, as a matter of fact, I know, without the burden of demands, my stress free mind will send refreshing stimulus to my body. Sounds crazy, right? That’s pretty much how my mind and body work together.
Well there, I said what’s on my mind. My workday isn’t quite finished, but it’s feeling like a productive shift. So, I’ll strap up, hunker down and get it done. My hope, as you’ll be reading this tomorrow, is that your own daily goals are met.
