Today’s prompt is rather vague. When asked, “How do you want to retire?” Many things come to mind. But mainly, having cash to buy a lakeside property, a vehicle to see this nation’s many national parks and an outlet to simply keep busy writing would be a suitable retirement scenario.

Believe me, I work for those things every day. Yet, man, retirement is only fifteen years off, and I’m nowhere near my goal. Today, my stomach churns, you know, that feeling that confronts you when you face a tough assignment, anyways, I feel like I’m trying to collapse a stone wall. Seemingly, I can’t do it.

That’s what I want. Oh…and I’d also like to reunite with some old friends. I’d be interested to see how far they’ve grown. Anyways, that’s my retirement goal. I hope everyone who diligently works for what they want, and respects others of course, can achieve their goals.
