What’s the trait you value most about yourself?
When I look at myself, I see a guy who simply tries. Beyond that, I’m not ultra talented, nor am I overly intelligent. Yet, despite those humbling truths, if I absolutely want to achieve something, I think back to many childhood lessons, and I work my tail off. In this post, being that I’ve just stated my most valuable trait, I’ll keep my message short, and I’ll tell you what I love about me.
Perseverance. Throughout my life, I’ve kept on going. Sometimes, the odds seemed insurmountable, and they were. Yet, despite that, I continued to try. And yes, when I think I about it, I probably would have been better served leaving some situations behind.
However, if I believe I can accomplish something, damn, I’ll work hard for it. And I refuse to yield, especially if I’m sure I am right.
