List your top 5 grocery store items.

I’ll start by feeding your curiosity, and, I guess, you’re just waiting to devour the subject…quite literally. Yes, being that shopping is on tomorrow’s agenda, I’ll write about heading to the grocery store, and these are my top five edible items.

First off, turkey! Hold on, I wasn’t calling you a turkey. It’s simply an excellent heart healthy meat. I probably eat too much of it.

Next up, and this is another daily food, I’ll grab a few avocados. Many people call them a super food, and I throw them in many dishes.

After that, and it’s certainly no yoke, I’ll tell you about my egg consumption. Uhhh…that joke is so stupid…you know what, I’m leaving it in.

This one may bring back grainy recollections. If I recall adds of yesterday, people believed this item was much healthier. Yes, at the grocery store, I love to be the bread winner…and by the way, yeah, bread is still healthy for you.

Finally, did you know they make healthy pizzas? They do, and you can find them in the freezer section. On my days off, with a craft beer on the side, I turn on a sporting event, crack open said beer, and I savor a great, heart healthy, pizza.
