What was the last thing you did for play or fun?
The last thing I did, either for play or fun, happened last night. While winding down, I settled in, and I watched a Football game.
Okay, it was a replay…and I knew the final score before I began watching. Yet, it was a pleasant distraction. I didn’t watch the entire event. My mind had expired before the game clock.
Anyways, with the game providing a few memories, a few plays remain in my mind. While I’m idle, wondering, “How did he catch that?” lends lasting entertainment value.
Anyways, other than that, I am writing a short story for Christmas. There’s so many out there, and they usually have parallel themes, that writing something original takes thought and guts…I doubt it fits any editor’s wishlist.
