I don’t know what this question is asking. Is it asking ‘how am I able to create?’ Or maybe, ‘in what areas does my creativity excel?’ Or possibly, ‘Where do my creative influences lie?’

First off, when it comes to decorating, if the decor falls within my rustic tastes, I can do fairly well. How do I decide what goes where, and how do I decide what pieces to use? Well, it’s all based on what’s available. I simply visit thrift stores with a very abstract plan in my head. Usually, if the pieces make sense, they pick my house, and I bring them home.

How do I create when writing? Again, when I write fiction, my creativity comes from what’s available. My tastes in literature, and my crazy situation, dictate what will end up on paper. Of course, my imagination sometimes can create situations wholly fictional…or maybe, does my subconscious communicate with my awareness and weave something truly unique?

There’s other ways to be creative, and in other mediums, but these two are ongoing outlets for me.
