You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

I actually have a perfect space for writing…well, sort of. My desk is tucked in the corner, and it sits in my house’s smallest room.

Off to my right, when I’m contemplating a piece’s direction, I gaze out the window. It sits on the wall I face, yet, it’s slightly offset from my desk. I’d prefer a better view, but, eh, for now, my tiny backyard suits my needs.

Besides that, I wouldn’t change much. Behind me, I have a closet with camping gear, wrapping paper and miscellaneous items in it.

On the far wall, sports memorabilia is attractively adorning the ugly wallpaper.

Opposite that wall, and directly facing me, plaques and awards, one’s I’ve earned from my employer, remind me of my true purpose in life.

To my left, a map of the world (ala James Bond), a book shelf and a few family pics lie on the adjacent wall.

That’s where I write.

My living room is where I read. I have a designated chair, and the space is rustically decorated.

Of course, in today’s modern age, if I want to read and write, I can do it anywhere. Sometimes, while walking, I’ll write a bit. Anyways, my kitchen table is where this particular bit ends.

Have an Excellent Day!
