What makes a good leader?

Man, I believe these prompts are becoming redundant. Since I’ve answered this prompt before, and, as I think back to that particular piece of writing, since I went into detail, I’ll be rather short with today’s post. Here’s the key attributes of a leader.

1. A leader holds himself and his subordinates accountable.

2. A leader is respectful

3. A leader realizes his subordinates motivations

4. A leader shares info, at least information required to complete the task at hand, and he passes it on to everyone on his team.

5. A leader doesn’t simply talk the talk…he leads by example.

I think these five points are decent guidelines. I’m writing this quickly, so I might have left off a basic principle. But really, when asked the question, “What makes a good leader?” This is the ethos that pops in my head.

Have an Excellent Day!!

    1. If you’re saying a leader shows empathy, I agree one hundred percent…I felt being respectful was on the same lines. Thanks for the comment!
