Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.

If I had one thing on my to-do list, one that should be priority, but I never quite get around to doing it, it’d be submitting my book to agents. Today, in this rather dull post, I’ll tell you why I never submit it.

First off, I’m confident about the tale I’ve created, because I believe my book would positively affect teenaged boys. I know, teenaged boys rarely read, but I believe they’d want to read this novel. Mainly, its themes are focused on teen boy’s interests.

So, that being said, you’d think I’d be querying every agent out there. Really, even if I’m proud of my book, somewhere, somehow, when it comes to getting this thing published, I’m full of doubts.

Plus, besides having sincere doubts, my woeful email account has been acting nuts lately. Usually, in order to submit my query, it takes two or three tries. All that work turns out to be for not, and many times, actually most of the time, I don’t even receive a rejection letter. I’m simply left wondering why the agent had threw it on the trash heap.

Anyways, maybe I should get serious about it.

Have an Excellent Day!
