If I were to go on a shopping spree, there’s only one store I’d shop. When craving various choices, great value and affordable prices, there’s simply no place better…oh, and I work there.

I’ve worked at Walmart for years, and I’ve shopped this leading retailer loyally. I can guess what you’re thinking, “Chris, you’re pushing your place of employment.”

To that I say, “Yeah, I kind of am, and I’m pushing it shamefully.” There’s a good reason why there’s no shame in my game, and there’s a good reason why Walmart has been America’s leading retailer for years. Really, it’s a one stop shop, and my benefits reap added discounts. Do you get it? Yes, when considering my occupational situation, why would I shop anywhere else?”

Granted, sometimes our store doesn’t have what I need. Yet, lo and behold, should our store not carry what I need, it’s a sure bet Walmart.com does. So, yes, being that I’m rewarded for shopping at my store, and being that I hold a stake in the company, I’ll shop where my bread is buttered.
