The international break is here, and, during this upcoming Saturday, fewer MLS games will be played, and many teams will lack several star players. Yet, even considering that fact, there will be enough games to keep me entertained. In this rather brief post, I’ll tell you what I’m anticipating.

First and foremost, Dallas FC will visit Minnesota United. While Dallas is struggling, the Loons are soaring. This, again, like their game last week, is a home game for the well coached Twin Cities group. So with hopes of Wonderwall being sung after the game, Minnesota is coming off a win, and they’re relieved they broke their two game skid. Yes, I’m hoping for an impressive performance from the North Star boys.

And being that there’s a very small sample of MLS games, I’ll only choose one other Saturday game. I’m going to select another 7:30 game: St Louis taking on Portland. St. Louis, despite a lackluster record, are a fun team to watch. If you add in Portland’s Evander, the game will be a diamond in the rough. Yes, I believe both teams have entertainment potential, and both teams have fan bases that deserve it(much like Minnesota United). So, after the Loons are finished, I’ll watch the replay of this game.

I know, this post reads rough, it says absolutely nothing and I picked two very head scratching games. Bear with me, I believe in the teams I’ve chosen, and I believe you would enjoy these games.

Entertainment is the Goal!
