Today, an MLS game is taking place, and, since I love excellent matchups, I want to see this Eastern Conference showdown. It features two entertaining teams, and it should be a fun filled television event. So, in this short post, I’ll tell you all about it.
This year, I haven’t offered New York City much love. However, ignoring that team was a rather careless blunder. Yes, this team, who has the same sponsor as another team sporting ‘City’ in its title, seems much better than I had judged.
Today they take on a team fresh off a CONCACAF Champions League final defeat. The Columbus Crew, with their impressive tournament performance, proved themselves as one of the best teams in North America, and that includes Central America. That entertaining squad, when all systems are go, pelt the goal like few other teams. Now that tourney play is done, I’m anticipating those men to set sights on the MLS cup. Since New York City is higher in the standings, this promises to be a match worth viewing.
