Usually, well, at least lately, there have been Wednesday night MLS games. That’s not the case tonight. There are some great tournament events instead, including Copa America and the US Open Cup matchups.
While probably not the best guage, being that it’s simply mid season tourney play, the USL will try to prove themselves against a few MLS teams. It should actually be interesting to watch.
Other than that, tonight’s biggest match will be Columbia versus Uruguay. Copa America is reaching its conclusion, and two of the world’s best national teams will face off. Since many of these men play in world renowned European leagues, it’s no doubt that the action will be compelling.
So, if you have nothing going on tonight, check out a game or two. If I didn’t have obligations, I certainly would.
