Another day is here, and, you know what, I’m excited to work at Walmart…no lie. I know what I’ll be doing, I know who I’ll be working with and I know how to get it done.
I’ve heard people knock on Walmart, but I think the company, as a whole, is doing right by its customers and community. I really believe that’s the key to a successful business. Allowing its employees to succeed, which, I can’t lie, I haven’t always felt were the company’s intentions, have made me feel better also.
The benefits are great, the resources are plentiful…I wish I had a bigger paycheck, but I’ll work hard for it. And since Walmart rewards team players who make great individual efforts, I’m sure my place of employment will see my true worth. Really, I believe Walmart is a fair place, and I hope I’m right in assuming that!
