I’m looking forward to tomorrow. For now, I’ll tend to my occupational obligations, but, come tomorrow, if the weather allows, I’ll get some fresh air. I certainly need the great outdoors.

I plan to mountain bike, and, because I’m slow, it should be an hour and twenty minutes worth of exercise. Lately, I’ve been biking more…at least I’m biking more than early summer.

Should you attempt mountain biking, try a double track first. Typically, they’re easier, but most feature hills and rugged parts. When honing your skills, those are perfect training wheels paths…don’t use training wheels though.

Anyways, work calls, and I certainly need to get sh@t done! Yet, seriously, give mountain biking a try. Like I said, start off easy. Even green circle trails provide slightly difficult portions. When you’re finished, you’ll feel as if you accomplished something, and the fresh air will reset your soul.
