Sometimes, actually, many times, I wonder why our government does certain things, or enacts certain laws. Yes, maybe our society has become too safety conscious, and, in turn, has created dangerous situations…all for ‘Saftey’s Sake’.
Yes, I wish I could delve into some political figures’ heads, and wish I could witness their true motivations. I know, many times, the populous is hardly their concern…and that bothers me deeply. It’s now, as I creep upon retirement age, that I realize a few with power simply want power. Many who wield that force, whether consciously or not, may not act judiciously.
Yes, I’m ticked about one particular instance, I won’t get into it, but that decision is endangering the public’s safety. I’d imagine there’s a reason, yet I do not see any good excuse for what’s happening.
Or…maybe I’m just a babbling lunatic.
