Maintaining firm footing is important…in everything we do. Many times, like a constant thorn in my side, I’m forced to climb a slippery slope. When you’re striving to meet a goal, there’s nothing more aggravating.
Today, the ground is solid, and my feet are stable. Yet, now, as never before, I’m watching for that inevitable hole in my path. Avoiding it, and making progress, is my choice. Yeah, it’s hard to do, but, heck, I have to achieve things before retirement.
Simply stated, overcoming obstacles must happen, and straying off course must be prevented.
