Eating healthy. What is that? You know, now days, if you listen to certain dieticians, that question’s answer can be rather muddled. Just ask Alexa, she’ll tell you a healthy diet is according to one’s preference. That’s kind of true.

In order to plan for your diet, you have to have goals. Yes, you must know what to maintain, and you must know what to improve. Then do research! Find out which foods fit your needs. That’s how I attack it.

I eat eggs, turkey and chicken for protein. Yet, because I’m beyond the age of fifty, and because I fear colon cancer, I stay away from red meats. After physical activity, your muscles need repair, and you need to replenish those fibers.

I eat a lot of bread. For some, this may not work; not everybody, because of life’s demands, can be as active as I am. So, yes, if you sit at your desk all day, those carbs will turn into unwanted fat.

Also, the vegetables I eat are full of essential vitamins and minerals. If you research those nutrients, and you know your goals, such as improving stamina, or cognitive function, you can purchase the necessary morsels, and you can reach your personal goals. Yes, I guarantee, you will see improvement.

Basically, research foods. Diet blogs, AI, fitness mags…anything that gives you info. I think that’s more beneficial than some company’s meal plan.

Have an Excellent Day!
