Hello! I’m on break, and I need to engage in some mental activities. So, I’m jotting down a few words. I think that’s an interesting fact of life, and I mean this: changing your mental focus, at least swapping one exercise with another, refreshes your mind. I’ll think about this more…
After two hours on Walmart’s automated unloading line, my brain starts to lose focus, and I make stupid mistakes. Yet, after fifteen minutes of writing and eating, I feel much more refreshed, and I’m performing at peak level…well, peak level for 51 year old me.
I could write more about this topic, and I feel I should, but I have other things to tackle. So, I’ll bid everyone an excellent night.
