It’s a blustery, chilly April afternoon, and I want to go for a run. Over the winter, my blubber has swelled, and I don’t appear to be very fit. So, yeah, a short jog could start an appearance transformation

More importantly, over the course of this winter, I’ve fallen into some bad habits, and I need to bring my old healthy lifestyle back from the grave. So running, eating fewer carbs and cutting back on alcohol are not merely desires…they’re musts. I must get back on track.

So I’ll head off for a run, and, later, after I’ve conquered those stiff winds, I’ll enjoy the runners high. I’ll also cook a good meal, one void of carbs and fats, and, after I’ve maintained proper health measures, I’ll finish my Spanish lesson.
