Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Making plans for the future, man that’s tough. No one really knows what lies around the bend. Forecasting one’s own fortune, well, it’s a dicey endeavor. But if I had my way, 10 years from now, I’d be working from home, writing for some online publication, if AI doesn’t totally destroy the craft.
Now that I’m aging, retirement doesn’t sound too enticing. Yet, when I do reach that age, I want to work doing something I love. So, hopefully, if I’m financially independent, I can take a job that merely provides spending money. It’d be fun.
And hopefully, my skills, both grammar and accuracy, are strong enough to warrant employment. That’s the goal.
I’d also like to start a family, as late in life as that is. But now, it seems only a dream. So, I’ll just hope for a significant other that shares my interests. I’d love to have a companion, one who’d travel the US with me, or even the world…I’d probably keep it at brief intervals.
So, those are my goals. I believe they are achievable. If not…man, I just hope the hard work pays off.
Have an excellent day!!

I love retirement, and I especially love traveling our country. Plus, we get to ride our ebikes a lot. 🙂

Your 10-year plans sound very achievable. But always remember to keep any plans flexible/fluid. Things happen in life, and goals & plans must adapt–not be given up, just adapt. Anyhow, that is what I have learned in life. Good luck!
